    Mill Cove Landing

Mill Cove Landing is an up scale 3 story condo complex located in down town South          Portland. The 1^st floor houses commercial shops and a parking garage, while the top two floors consist of luxurious condos.

These condos are constructed of a steel super structure with wood panel infill.  LOCBID worked hand in hand with Leddy Houser in job site decisions of efficiency and organization.
